This is a fairly long tutorial so please remember to save often!!

~Extract the dbaw_goldgrad.PSPGradient and dbaw_bluesgrad.PSPGradient to your Gradients Folder~
~Extract the Preset_Sunburst_crystal_angel.PspScript to your presets folder~
~Extract both BrushTip_rose2.PspScript and rose2.PspBrush to your Brush Folder~
~Extract The mrangelcrystal.psp into a folder of your choice~

**When You open your psp image, don't be alarmed at it being blank. You will be using the selections saved to the alpha channel. The image is NOT empty!

Lets Get Started!

1. Open dbaw_crystalangel.pspimage. Set your foreground color to dbaw_goldgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 3. and your background color to dbaw_bluesgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 1. Flood fill your image with the dbaw_bluesgrad, by clicking your right mouse button. Name this Layer #1.

Flood Fill Tip

(Using your left mouse button fills an image with your foreground color, but if you use your right mouse button, this will fill with your background color, thus not having to switch your foreground and backgrounds continuously, especially when you are using 2 colors or gradients throughout a tutorial)

2. Make a new raster layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load From Alpha Channel-dbaw_crystalangel1.pspselection. Flood fill this selection with gold fill. Selections - Modify - Contract by 2, keep selected and, Flood fill will dbaw_bluesgrad. Keep Selected and apply the following, FM Tiles Tools-Collage Circular. Deselect.

3. Effects - 3D effects Drop Shadow, Vertical =5, Horizontal=5, Opacity= 50, Blur= 5.00, Color= #315883. Click Ok. Name this Layer #2

5. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save/Load From Alpha Channel-dbaw_crystalangel2.pspselection. Flood Fill with dbaw_goldgrad, Selections-Modify-Contract by 2 and flood fill with dbaw_bluesgrad. Keep Selected and repeat the FM Tile Tools-Collage Circular.

4.Effects-3D-Drop Shadow with these settings: Vertical= 5, Horizontal= -5, Opacity= 50, Blur= 5.00. Deselect. Rename this layer #3.

You should now have this:

5.New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load from alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel3.pspselection. Flood Fill with dbaw_gold grad, Selections-Modify-Contract by 2 and flood fill with dbaw_bluesgrad. Keep Selected and apply the below Settings:
FM Tile Tools-Collage Linear. Deselect and rename this layer #4.

6. Effects-3D-Drop Shadow- Vertical= 5, Horizontal= 5, Opacity= 50, Blur= 5.00, Color= #315883.

7. New Raster layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load from alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel4.pspselection. Flood Fill with dbaw_goldgrad. Selections-Modify-Contract by 2. Flood fill with dbaw_bluesgrad. Keep Selected and Apply the same FM Tile Tool Collage Linear. Deselect. Rename this layer #5.

8. Effects-3D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 5, Horizontal= -5, Opacity= 50, Blur= 5.00, Color= #315883.

You should now have this:

9. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load from alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel5.pspselection. Flood fill with dbaw_gold grad. Selections-Modify-Contract by 2, flood fill with dbaw_blues grad, angle= 45, repeats= 4. Deselect. Rename this layer #6

10. Effects-3D-Drop Shadow- Vertical= 3, Horizontal= 3, Opacity= 100, Blur=5.00, Color= #315883.

11. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load from alpha channel-dbaw_crystalanl6.pspselection. Flood fill with dbaw_goldgrad, Selections-Modify-Contract by 2, flood fill with dbaw-blues grad, angle= 45, repeats= 4. Deselect. Rename this layer #7.

12. Repeat the Drop Shadow in Step #9.

13. New Raster Layer. Foreground set to dbaw_bluesgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 1. Select Your Brush Option and choose the rose2.PSPBrush that I supplied and apply the brush to the top left box (the first one we created) clicking only once with the following settings:

14. Selections-Select All-Float. Now Flood fill the selection with the dbaw_goldgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 3. Deselect. Adjust-Sharpen and apply the sharpen filter 4 times. Deselect.

15. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 1, Horizontal= 1, Opacity= 100, Blur= 1.00, Color= #315883. Adjust-Sharpen. Rename this layer #8.

16. Duplicate This Layer, using your mover tool, move the duplicated rose to the lower right hand box (the second box that we made) and position it. Rename this layer #9.

You should now have this:

 

17. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load from alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel7.pspselection. Flood Fill with dbaw_goldgrad. Deselect. Rename this Layer #10.

18. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow- Vertical= 3, Horizontal= 3, Opacity= 50 Blur= 5.00, color= #315883

19. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-Load From alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel8.pspselection. Flood fill with dbaw_goldgrad, Selections-Modify-Contract by 2, Flood fill with dbaw_bluesgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 4. Deselect. Rename this layer #11

20. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 2, Horizontal= 2, Opacity= 100, Blur= 5.00, Color= #315883.

21. New Raster Layer. Selections-Load/Save-From alpha channel-dbaw_crystalangel.pspselection9. Flood fill with dbaw_goldgrad, Selections-Modify-Contract by 2, flood fill with dbaw_bluesgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 4, Deselect and rename this layer #12.

21. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 2, Horizontal= -2, Opacity= 100, Blur= 1.00.

You should now have this:

We Are getting real close to finishing now :)

22. Get your Tube and copy it, go back to the box we have been working on and paste as a new layer. Rename this layer #12.

23. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 5, Horizontal= 5, Opacity= 100, Blur= 25.00, Color= #517FB3.

24. Go down to layer #1 and click on it to highlight it. Add. Effects- Illumination-Sunburst, apply the crystal_angel preset and click ok.

25. New Raster Layer. Choose your tube tool and find your white sparkle tube, Size set at 40 and apply the tube to the crystal in the angel's hand.

26. Layers- Merge All Flatten.

27. Selections- Select All, Effects- Plugins- Border Mania- Frame 2, you only need to change the top two numbers to #3 and apply.

28. Image-Add Border- Add a symmetric border of 3, color= white. Apply the border. Now take your magic wand and select your white border and flood fill with the dbaw_goldgrad.

29. New Raster Layer. Take Your Text Tool with your foreground set to dbaw_goldgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 3, and set your background to dbaw_bluesgrad, angle= 45, repeats= 1. Apply your text as seen Below:

30. Effects-3-D-Drop Shadow: Vertical= 2, Horizontal= 2, Opacity= 100, Blur= 2.00. Color= #315883.

Your Tag is now complete. Save it as a JPG file.

Here is an Example of Another I completed using the random button on both FM Tile Tools-Collage Circular and Collage Linear and resized to 300x300 pixels:
